Coordinators organize guild life and take on practical work. Everyone has a part in making the community welcoming.
Shepherds help new members settle in, find a group, and feel part of the community. They check in after 3, 7, and 14 days and invite members to join an activity.

Organizes casual raiding and supportive progression.
Organizes dungeons, exploration, and guild adventures.
Talks with prospective members and helps them get to know Cozy Fire.
Helps resolve friction and protects the guild’s welcoming culture.
